Friendly faces in a cozy stay

The staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated their assistance with late check-out when my travel schedule changed.

The room was basic, lacking some amenities advertised like electrical blankets and a hairdryer. Also, there was limited TV channel selection.

Staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location allowed for a peaceful stay just a short walk from the falls. However, the cleanliness could be improved, and the outdated rooms felt a bit worn. Still, the value for the price is undeniable.

Positive, I loved the quiet family room I stayed in. The location was just right for exploring without being too close to the hustle. Check-in was a breeze and everything was clean with great air conditioning. Highly recommend for families!

my stay was pleasant with a short walk to major landmarks like the Skylon Tower and the iconic Niagara Falls State Park, making it easy to explore the vibrant area on foot without needing a car.

The location is quite unfortunate, being right behind a food plant with constant noise!!! Poor shower pressure fluctuates from hot to cold, and the TV channels are limited with poor reception!!! No phone in the room makes communication difficult!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Scottish Inn, especially the great location near the falls and pet-friendly atmosphere, perfect for our family dog. We explored Old Falls Street where we found plenty of fun activities for the kids and delicious food options.

My wife says that the room could have been cleaner.
